Important Information for Students Coming to Chiang Mai:

Entering Thailand on a tourist visa and then attempting to convert it to a student visa within the country is strictly prohibited. The Chiang Mai Immigration Office cannot process this change.

To avoid delays and potential issues, it is essential that you obtain a student visa (Non-Immigrant ED) before traveling to Thailand. Please wait for your student visa documents to arrive and complete the application process in your home country.
